Goals

 

With our departure right around the corner, we are pleased to announce that all of our previous listed goals are accomplished or are on their way to being realized. We are confident that the people who are here now will continue on in the spirit of our work and make great improvements for the people of Huancayo. Please see Andean Outreach Program and Personal goals below.

 

Andean Outreach Program (A.O.P.): Programa Andina Ayuda

1. Start a small organization in the US whose goal is to raise money and have funds available for future volunteers who can run improvement and aid projects for the poor people of the Peruvian Andes.
2. This organization will fund volunteer projects not volunteer organizations.
3. Create a beta version website that describes this organization, accepts donations, and accepts grant applications.
4. Obtain 501(c)3 non-for-profit status in the US in 1-2 years.

 

 

Personal Goals:
1. Film and edit the remainder of our documentary film.
2. Follow through on all of the above goals before our departure.
